  • Macintosh platform Preferred
    (PC Platforms can submit Postscripted files. call for more information)
  • Quark 6.0 - 7.0 Preferred - Live Area ad size (Ad sizes below)
  • postscript fonts Preferred (no truetype fonts, no style menu such as key commands for bold or italic - only resident fonts)
  • images - tiff or eps formats at 300 dpi Resolution, Greyscale or cmyk
    (No RGB images and no pantone colors)
  • PDF's and Acrobat Distiller specs:
    (Must have precise settings with embedded fonts)
  • Media - CD's, zips (no jaz or syquest)
  • Supplied Hard Laser or color proof of Ad required, 150 line screen
    If you do not supply us with a SWOP approved proof or authorize us to provide a color proof for a fee of $75.00 please printout the Proof Waiver form sign it and send it to us at the address on the waiver. Get waiver pdf here
  • 1/8" excess on all sides for Bleed Ads
