The close proximity of the brush strewn sand dunes makes this terracotta beach house so extraordinary. A Mediterranean villa appearance was the goal Schwartzapfel was seeking with its coral tone, tiled roof and balustrade balcony. Architectural changes included the terracotta stucco, natural stone trim and steps and the roofline.
